How do I hook my Samsung Bluetooth WEP460 to my ps3?

My husband just bought this bluetooth for the ps3 yesterday, we got it all the way to the enter pass key part, then when we enter the default 0000 it gives an error that says to try again. We have tried it repeatedly, with no success. The bluetooth is in pairing mode, at least I think it is, or else the ps3 wouldn't pick it up when it searched for it. Someone please help, I want to try and get it working before he gets home from work.
This is what it says when I enter the default passkey 0000 "an error occurred during the register operation try to register again (80010002)"

after looking online I have found the error code you listed is a psp code , not ps3 so you may have listed it wrong .
anyway , it seems you aren't the only one with a problem connecting the wep460 to a ps3 , the default 0000 password doesn't seem to be set in this headset . I'd try 1234 , 12345 , or 00000 maybe .
nobody has found an answer that I can find , and the recommendation on most websites is to try returning it to get a different headset or check the manual to see if a passkey is either listed or it tells you how to set one up .

sorry I can't be more help , but my advice is to surprise him by going out and buying the official Sony ps3 headset .
