my computer's install wizard will not install my samsung mini dv digital cam model #sc-d353 without the disk.

I am trying to download a video to my computer but the install wizard will not accept my mini DV camcorder wich is a Samsung sc-d353(ntsc) without the installation cd. I need to download it to the computer so i can record it to a disk. can you help me with this?
