Do you know any free video converters that converts .avi videos to .svi videos?

I got the samsung T9, but the samsung media studio wont download the .avi video. I know it is suppose to convert it, but it wont let me do it, it still says 0 after an hour. So I need to use a .avi to .svi converter that I can use online or download, but I dont want to pay for it.
