Leave phone on constantly, or switch off overnight?

Hi, I recently bought a Samsung U900 SOUL, love it to bits, but I want to try and maximise the battery life as much as possible. Lately, I've just been leaving it on constantly, and with moderate-intense usage (use camera, listen to music for about 1 hour, text, theme creator) I manage about 2 days, 3 days max, which is pretty good, but I just want to know, should I switch it off overnight, or leave it on constantly. Which choice will make the battery last longer?

Well in my opinion, always drain your battery until it has no more juice left so you would have a battery that has a longer lifespan in the long run, it is alright to put in on overnight but turn it on offline mode so you would not be disturbed with late night phone calls or sms so you could still listen to music without interruptions
