Straight Talk Phone: Samsung R451C having problems Help?

So my Dad got me a new phone, the Samsung R451C for Christmas. It was working great for the few days i've had it, until i put the lock on the keypad so i wouldn't call anybody on accident while i had it in my pocket. That night i tried to call/text and a message came up saying: Prepaid Service Disabled. Which i am clueless how could have happened because i had the 30 day plan with 1000 texts and 1000 minutes and it has only been a few days. I have no idea what happened to my phone and would like it very much if you had any advise on what to do. Thank you.
Is there any chance that the problem could have been with me locking the key pad? Has anybody had trouble with straight talk phones? Is there anyway for me to fix the problem?

I have this phone, and have seen this problem I think you should got to wal-mart and ask them to replace/fix the problem.
