how do i install or format a samsung mobile phone, like reinstalling the software?

i dont want to restor factory settings, i want to reinstall the whole software, thanks for the help.

To get a new firmware go to samsungs website and you should be able to get the firmawre update from there OR get it from the samsung service store.

To do a hard reset on the phone do this:
