help with my samsung home theater system?

whenever i play a DVD on samsung home theater system, it plays it with the main character voices completely muffled and wen i press audio i get the characters talking but with commentary with the director. then if i press audio again it changes to a different language but the voices arent muffled and it happens with every DVD i try to play. can somebody help me?!

It is normal not only on your system, most of DVD or Blu-ray player will change audio formats every time you press audio button on remote control.
