Verizon Warranty Help?

I have the samsung glyde and the 5 dollar a month warranty plan with it. Today i left the phone on my brothers car and he drove away....does that warranty cover it or do i have to pay extra go the the same phone?

You said your brother drove away with your phone on his car, I'm assuming that the phone probably fell off and broke or was run over. If it didn't get damaged for whatever reason, you still need to contact Verizon have them suspend the number just in case someone finds it and it is still useable as you don't want someone making phone calls on your dime.

And yes, with the insurance you just call up Verizon, pay the $50 deductible and you will either get a new or refurbished phone. There are no guarantees that they will give you a brand new one. And if your phone is not available they will give you what they call a "like phone" and this would be something that the insurance company considers to be similiar to your phone, price wise, etc.
