How do I connect my Samsung Delve to other devices via bluetooth?

I've been using myxer for ringtones, but my Delve will not download them. My mom doesn't have a promblem, using her black berry pearl, so we decided to send them using bluetooth. I can find her phone, but i can't connect to it. Why can't i connect? Or how do i?
