Acer 751H or Samsung N140?

Hi im very confused between the Acer and Samsung netbooks. Both have equal pros and cons but i still cant decide.... Acer has Xp Samsung has Win7........Acer 4hrs battery Samsung 8hrs battery.
Although Acer is much more stylish then samsung but samsung has Win7 and a better battery life and the battery in samsung is not protruding out. (like in the acer) It looks bad...
Can you upgrage to Win 7 on the Acer?? Which one do you think is better...
I dont play high graphics + resolution games, I basically need it to browse the web do some assignments and check mails.
