Driver Samsung Moment
VCAST Music With Rhapsody?
I run a computer with Windows Vista Home Basic on it and I am trying to install the software to be able to sync music on my computer with my Samsung Glyde. Everytime I attempt to install the software after downloading the driver and installing the RhapsodyVcast file, I get only to the actual setup of the VCAST Music With Rhapsody. When I open that, I follow the setup prompts and agree to the terms; when the download starts it works but a window pops up that says windows is checking for addititional updates, then it says the update doesn't apply to my system. After that, the setup continues for a few moments on the software, then the Rhapsody Setup Error window pops up. I've tried all the possible solutions on the Rhapsody Help page but nothing is working. Please help?
Check out MP3Lingo.com support page. They have great customer support and don't check if you already have an account with them or not. They respond fast and wont charge you for support if you just pretend like you are a member. If that doesn't work, you can just sign up and get music through them.
