What is the best 23" HDTV?

I was previously going to buy a 26" Sony, but I popped into Argos today and noticed how big 26" actually were... The TV was going to be used as a permanent screen for my laptop, on which I would watch HD movies/tv episodes that are already on the laptop.. (I'd use a DVI to HDMI cable for that)... and also use it for playing my 360, in HD, and also when I buy a PS3 for that.

I've know decided I wanted something smaller than a 26", and 23" seems the best...

Please can people suggest models for me? I don't think Sony do a 23", I know Samsung do.. But I want the best possible TV, with the highest resolution possible, I don't mind paying more for quality!

Sony are more reliable, better built, but sharp have been in the lcd game for longer so they should be more advanced in technology!
